As New Zealand heads towards a low-carbon economy, it’s good to know one of our foremost commercial building facade manufacturers takes sustainability very seriously.
The Mana Hauora building at AUT features a Thermosash-fabricated unitised facade system that includes an integrated maintenance walkway behind the screens for window cleaning access.
As part of the BNZ deconstruction following the Kaikoura earthquake, the existing unitised panels were removed and reused on the Wellington Children's Hospital project.
For the FMG office building at Christchurch International Airport, the high-performance PW1000 unitised curtainwall system was installed with integrated solar shading devices on uppler level and integrated doors on the lower level.
